The BiT-2P is a double-row, vertically mounted, single-axis tracking bracket from Juzhiyi, employing multi-point linear push rod drive. It is suitable for large-scale ground-mounted power stations and agricultural-solar and fishery-solar complementary projects. Compared to the 1P tracking bracket, the BiT-2P has been specifically optimized in terms of unit land capacity and pile foundation investment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why choose BiT-2P?<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Double-row vertical installation, land utilization rate is 30% higher than 1P<\/strong>The BiT-2P's dual-row vertical mounting structure allows for a more compact east-west arrangement of components, resulting in approximately 30% of higher installed capacity per unit land area compared to the 1P. For projects in regions with limited land resources (such as Southeast Asia and mountainous Europe) or where land rents are high, this difference is directly reflected in the IRR.<\/span><\/p>\n

The number of pile foundations per megawatt is 301TP less than 3T.<\/strong>The BiT-2P's multi-point drive structure allows a single unit to cover more than six modules, significantly reducing the number of foundation piles. Based on a 100MW power plant, the BiT-2P saves 15%-20% in foundation investment compared to traditional fixed supports. Linear actuators with multi-point drive provide enhanced wind resistance.<\/strong>The BiT-2P employs a linear pusher multi-point drive system, with the pushers moving synchronously along the east-west direction. Even if a single point of failure occurs, the other pushers can still maintain structural stability. Combined with the TCU high-wind protection mode, the support structure automatically returns to level at wind speeds of 160 km\/h. It has been operating for 3-5 years in projects in strong wind areas such as Italy, Argentina, and Saudi Arabia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Compatible with 182mm and 210mm large-size modules, as well as bifacial modules.<\/strong>The double-row vertical mounting allows for greater headroom, unobstructed airflow from the back of the modules, and the power generation gain of bifacial modules is not weakened by shading.<\/span><\/p>\n

The automatic cleaning robot can operate smoothly.<\/strong>The surface flatness of the BiT-2P structure is specially designed according to the operating conditions of robots, allowing cleaning robots to work directly on it. The dust cleaning cycle on the component surface is extended from 6 months to 1-2 years, further reducing maintenance costs.<\/span><\/p>\n
